WIN THE “GRAND TOUR” PRIZE
One person will be picked at random from all the comments left during the tour to be eligible to win the “Grand Tour” prize donated by author/editor Zetta Brown.
With every comment you leave during the tour you increase your chances!
Zetta will be offering a food-inspired “surprise” prize to one person who leaves a “thought-felt” comment during the tour. This means the comment needs to have some “meat” to it. It cannot be just a one word comment like “Great” or “Yum” or “Thanks” or “Great! Thanks for the yummy recipe!”
In order to receive the prize, when chosen, the winner must provide their legal name and address. It will NOT be shared with anyone or put on any mailing list. It’s only to facilitate shipping the prize.
The prize drawing is limited to U.S. participants only because availability and access cannot be guaranteed elsewhere.
Good luck , have fun, and have a Happy Valentine’s Day!

Brilliant idea … but I truly hate Valentine … *smile I’m one of those miserable farts!
But I’m not living in US – saved by the bell.
Good luck, Ladies … and I’m looking forward to see the results.

You’re allowed to be ‘one of those miserable farts’!! Hey, if we were all alike the world would be horribly boring.
The recipes sound yummy though, so perhaps you can celebrate with one of those. I know you love your food celebrations!
Feb 08, 2013 @ 23:20:16
I have booked marked one of them … but I will be home alone .. and doing my laundry in the evening. But I can celebrate every day *smile

Nothing wrong with that viveka! We enter the world alone, we leave alone. It’s all about our journey while here and being true to our inner self. Love takes many forms in our world, not all in the shape of a valentine.

I’m not a fan of Valentine’s Day … I truly hate it – because it top pressure on people only for commercial gains. Love has nothing to do with on special date.

This is true Viveka. The other 364 days are just as important.
After working for a large retail craft/home decor store here for over 4 yrs, I’m almost that way about Christmas now. It used to be my favorite holiday. Our Christmas trees start arriving to our stockroom between March & April. By June they have us setting up our first aisles with Christmas ribbon. And Christmas music beginning Nov. 1. The commercialization of the holidays has removed the fun, joy & delight from them.
Feb 10, 2013 @ 12:34:22
That’s what it’s …. the commercial gains kills our events and holidays – we are sick and tired of before the actual holiday arrives. No wonder parents are worn out in November when they start to display Christmas in the end of September. Such a pity.
Feb 10, 2013 @ 23:19:06
That’s okay. We’ll just keep inspiring each other & sharing cheer & joy ourselves!
(And eating delicious goodies, such as the yummy orange pound cake w/strawberries you shared.
