Cinnamon buns, cinnamon rolls, honey buns; there are a variety of names for this doughy delicacy. The basics are much the same. A sheet of yeast-leavened dough is sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, sometimes raisins and dots of butter. The dough is rolled, cut into individual pieces and baked.

Mmmmm … I’m ready to celebrate the day! Make some for your family tonight, or stop at one of the many grocery stores or donut stores and celebrate the easy way.
